Right on schedule! The Luna SR2 release
is now available for update or fresh install. 

For standard installations, "Check
for updates" should pick up the new and improved release, with the
built-in repository of 
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/luna/

Or, pick up a fresh "package"
from 
https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/

Greatest thanks to everyone who contributed
and tested this release, and especially thanks to the committers professionalism
