Hi folks,

We (Obeo) aren't able to connect to any of the Eclipse servers through 
SSH since yesterday, so I haven't be able to release EEF for a second 
consecutive day. We are currently trying to solve the problem with the 
webmasters.

No project depends on EEF so that should not hinder anyone, yet would it 
be possible to wait for our connection to return? We have fixed some 
blockers since our last RC, and need to publish these in the new build.
