In M5 we're changing the 4.2 build so it is complete (it is missing part of the equinox SDK), but in the mean time you can use http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.8-I-builds to pick up the rest of the equinox components.  The 4.2 I-builds track the 3.8  I-builds.
