[cross-project-issues-dev] PMC's Executive Summary for Release Tracker

Hi,

I'm not sure what to put in the section "URL to PMC's Executive Summary"
in the Simultaneous Release Tracker. Is the PMC's +1 for our release
docuware [1] sufficient or is a more elaborate approval required from
the PMC?
