Yes, sorry I hit send too early and messed up a reply to one of Wayne's posts ... so now to really confuse threads, I'll just add a reminder that quite a bit of activity happens on build machine that deliberately turns off mirrors ... since should be faster ... hence would go directly to download.eclipse.org.

That is what I keep hearing, but I still see lots of traffic like this:
