I added DSDP-TM and BIRT, though removed your *.wtp.sdk feature due to the
installation problem I mailed you directly about.

Note to others:  If you're not already generating p2 metadata for your
update sites and testing installation using the p2.director, please do so
before updating your .build files (just to be safe).
