Its a bit more complicated than that
.... the JEM/VE split has not changed for a long time, but there's something
going wrong when I try to "update" the staging update site.

I have not had time to investigate further.

Subject	[cross-project-issues-dev] Feature missing from Callisto Staging        update site

I've been getting parts of WTP from a mirror ot the Callisto Staging area
(http://download.eclipse.org/callisto/staging). I've been doing this every
day with no problem but today I cannot do so. The update manager says the
WTP requires JEM which does not appear to be available on the Staging update
site. I assume that JEM was split out of the VE project but was not added
to the staging area. Is this the case?
