Based on discussion between Mark, Jason, and myself, we felt a 3 day 
review period was appropriate for these changes, given that this has 
sort of a spec flavor to it, unlike some of our other artifacts.  Please 
post your comments on bug 271062 by end of day Thursday, and Mark will 
make final edits by next Monday, so we can get these changes in for i5.
