I don't know.  I spoke with Hubert and his recollection from talking to Ruth was that we could perhaps mark it as "in research".  Hubert mentioned that CBE is EPL, so it would be ok from a licensing standpoint, but Ruth mentioned we would be redistributing it outside its original packaging, so that is probably not ok.  

Jack, is it possible you could send an email to find out if they would object to redistributing a portion of a plugin in an EPL project?  They are at emo-ip-team@xxxxxxxxxxx.

Has a final determination been made as to whether we can retain the Logging Example Data Manager in the build?  Last I heard was that it needed to be excluded because of dependencies on CBE.
