[cosmos-dev] Request for approval for 219737 and 219721

I would like to request that the following defects be considered for PMC
approval for COSMOS 1.0 i9

219737      COMOSUI should show progress indicator when loading data
managers
219721      GraphReponseViewer is not properly destroyed

We discussed these defects on the architecture call, as noted in these
minutes: http://wiki.eclipse.org/Cosmos_Architecture_Meeting_21-Feb-08 .
The architecture team recommended approval to include these fixes in the
next build.
