I would like to request that the following defects
be considered for PMC
approval for COSMOS 1.0 i9

219785 Resources folder of common plugin for DM toolkit not included with
build

219639 DM toolkit should not change display-name in web.xml
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=219639

We discussed these defects on the architecture call, as noted in these
minutes: http://wiki.eclipse.org/Cosmos_Architecture_Meeting_21-Feb-08
.  The architecture team recommended approval to include these fixes
in the next build.
