[cosmos-dev] i9 - High-level designs and sizings

Team,

Today was our target for completing
high level designs and sizings for i9.  Given the i8 issues and extended
use case reviews we had this week, I don't expect everyone will complete
this today.  I have posted a list of i9 enhancements along with the
sizings and design links that I found on the wiki: http://wiki.eclipse.org/Cosmos1.0Features#COSMOS_1.0_Features.
 

I included owners beside each item.
 The intent is for these owners to lead the effort to get the designs
and sizings completed by EOD Tuesday, January 22.  The owners
should engage appropriate team members to contribute to the designs and
sizing estimates.  The goal is to assign the enhancements by Wednesday.
