[cosmos-dev] Changes to CMDBf framework package names

This is just a heads up for anyone who
refers to CMDBf services in their code.  Yesterday, I fixed the following
defect which slightly changed the interface for the transformations and
operations to include a new artifact factory argument:

In the next two days, I will also be
fixing this defect, which is to correct our package names to remove the
word "provisional", using annotations instead to mark provisional
APIs:

So if you are syncing with HEAD, please
note that this area will be volatile for the next couple of days.  If
any of you can point me to code you've written that consumes these APIs,
I can load them in my workspace, and the refactoring tools will automatically
clean things up for you.

checked in the changes for 209367, just add yourself to the cc: list for
that defect.
