How long does it to build a Data Manager?

COSMOS 1.0 will ship with reference implementations for a number of Data Managers. For example, there will be a Data Manager for an RDBMS and another one for File-based stores. Additionally, based on the experience of the team, it takes about 3-6 weeks to code a Data Manager.
