Joel,

At one point, you volunteered to look
at the logging part of this doc: http://wiki.eclipse.org/COSMOS_Design_209227#Logging_an_Exception
 
You were going to tackle this b/c you
needed part of it for the refactoring you were doing on the annotations
et.  We've checked in the initial exception class that was part of
the attachment.  I was going over this to add a few more details on
it's usage et. and was wondering if you would have a chance to look at
this in he next few days.
