Hi Jimmy,
I think the best forum is the release engineering meeting. I am rescheduling it to Monday morning based on Paul's request and when we meet this week we can get Len started. The primary issue I was hoping Len could help to start with would be in componentizing the build (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=202618).

Which is the best forum to get an update from Balan in regards to Len Richardson’s activities in the Release Engineering team? Is it the Release Engineering meeting?  The community call?
 
I need to get a 5-10 minute update from the Release Engineering team on the EXACT activities & deliverables for Len Richardson during i8 / i9; this is needed as Len is slated for some other development tasks as well.
