Hi All,

I create wiki pages for the i8 data
visualization design documents

I have added design documents for the
following ERs.

 209226  - UI Visualization
infrastructure
 209223 - Error Handling client
side


I haven't had a chance to finish the
design dcoument for 28603.  I plan to finish this design document
for  28603 tomorrow.
