[cosmos-dev] i8/i9 Sizings

Team,

To help us firm up the project plan,
we need each of you to come up with a high-level estimate of the effort
for each of the i8 and i9 enhancements.  We would like to review these
estimates during the F2F at 1:00 p.m. ET today.  Please add a comment
to each enhancement and indicate one of the following estimates:

High - 2-3 days
Medium - 1 week
High - More than 1 week
