Your first task is to define & implement the exit criteria for the COSMOS M2.  Specifically:

1.    How do we define successful completion of the ERs for i8 / i9 (hence M2)?

2.    What manual and open-source tooling will we use to ensure implementation of the exit criteria?

3.    What artifacts (documentation) will be put together BEFOREHAND and AFTER the exit criteria?
