I would actually prefer to have preliminary designs in hand prior to the start of an iteration rather than partition the interval into a design phase and a coding phase.

Summary of changes:

• Moved Milestone 2 to the end of i9, which is March 7. This milestone will be used for EclipseCon 2008.
• Removed Milestone 3, which was originally scheduled for the end of i10.
