[cosmos-dev] Question in regards to delineating the i7 / i8 Broker versu

At some point, we need negotiate / agree upon / define very clearly what will be in the i7 / i8 Broker versus the MDRs.  This is something we should look to address once you have made some progress on your end with the design of the MDRs, and we have done the same at the CA end with the i7 / i8 Broker.  We ALSO need to sync up with what you plan to implement in the i7 MDRs, and ensure that the i7 Broker meets those capabilities.

 

When do you think we should discuss this?  This could also be an item for the F2F, depending on the date it happens.  >From the CA end, we would have spent enough time on the i7 / i8 Broker by October 12 to have meaningful design sessions in this regard.  I propose that we address this as quickly as we can…
