[cosmos-dev] Proposal: Revised Schedule for COSMOS 1.0

Team,

I have posted a proposal for a revised
Milestone plan for COSMOS 1.0 on the wiki, just below the current plan:

The key changes to note in this proposal
are:
- The start of i7 moves to Oct. 3
- Milestone 2 moves to Jan. 25 (the
end of i8)
- Milestone 3 moves to Apr. 25 (the
end of i10)


An alternative would be to:
- Set Milestone 2 for Nov. 28 (make
the test pass for i7 2 weeks)
- Set Milestone 3 for March 7, just
before EclipseCon (shorten the development cycle for i9 to 4 weeks, make
the test pass 2 weeks)


Please post your comments by end of
day Monday.  I will incorporate feedback into the schedule, and post
the revised schedule for a vote on Tuesday morning.
