nominated Jimmy Mohsin as a Committer on the technology.cosmos project. The
reason given is as follows:

Jimmy Mohsin started working with the COSMOS team shortly after Computer
Associates joined the project in March of 2007.  Since that time, Jimmy has
taken the initiative and led the design of several key bugzilla
enhancements critical to the COSMOS implementation, specifically in the
area of Data Collection.  These include enhancement requests 197867 (Data
Broker), 197868 (Management Domain), and 192493 (Data Manager).  It should
be noted that since COSMOS is still incubating, the current level of code
is minimal which is why the work has been focused on new features in the
form of enhancements.  In addition, Jimmy has actively participated in the
regular COSMOS meetings (Architecture and Data Collection), as well as the
face to face meetings.  He has also been active in defining the testing
effort and working to ensure proper coverage of the individual components
and the end-to-end eamples.  Jimmy serves in the valuable capacity of
technical liaison for Computer Associates and is responsible for leading
CA’s open source team and working in the open to define and scope their
requirements.  Jimmy is a constant advocate for the COSMOS project
internally within CA, on the COSMOS mailing lists, and within the larger
community and has become an important part of the COSMOS project.


The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 16 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Jimmy Mohsin must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
