Can you check out step 5 & 6 on
http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/COSMOSDataCollectorEnvironment
Both of those result in a 404

I went to here: http://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/drops/S200706081908/
 to see if i could just use another driver of orbit.
There is no org.w3c.dom_1.3.3
on this page.

Step 6 also references derby 10.2.2.
 
10.2 was withdrawn (https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1469).
 I think we want the 10.1.2 version.

Please let me know if these make sense...
