[corrosion-dev] Corrosion 1.1.1 is released

Corrosion 1.1.1 is released!
p2 repository is available at https://download.eclipse.org/corrosion/releases/1.1.1/ (and it also mirrored at https://download.eclipse.org/corrosion/releases/latest/ until we promote a newer release)
