[corev-dev] Project Lead Election for Mike Thompson on OpenHW Group CORE-V Cores has started

A Project Lead election for Mike Thompson on project OpenHW Group CORE-V
Cores (openhw.corev) was started by jean-roch coulon with this criteria:

Mike has been working on Open Source CPU verification since the beginning of
the OpenHW group. He helps OpenHW group members collaborate and use the same
verification methodology. Father of the Core-v-verif repository, he ensures
the proper development and quality of the various contributions. Mike is the
main contributor to the core-v-verif repository with 741 PRs.

Here are some examples of what Mike covered:
- Deployment of verification UVMs based on different OpenHW processors,
- Verification of access to CSR rights,
- Verification of the RTL by comparison with the OVPSIM or Spike reference
model. Piloting of the trap verification strategy.

It is my pleasure to nominate Mike as a project lead on OpenHW Group CORE-V
Cores.
