[corev-dev] Committer Election for Paolo Savini on OpenHW Group CORE-V Cores has started

A committer election for Paolo Savini on project OpenHW Group CORE-V Cores
(openhw.corev) was started by Jeremy Bennett with this criteria:

Paolo Savini has been a member of Embecosm's LLVM tools team since 2017. He
has recently taken over from Charlie Keaney chairing the weekly technical
meetings for the CORE-V LLVM project
(https://github.com/openhwgroup/corev-llvm-project), and will be nominated as
the new project lead to replace Charlie Keaney at the next Software Task
Group meeting. With a wide-ranging background in commercial LLVM development,
his role is primarily to ensure rigorous review of the code base as the team
at PLCT start upstreaming their work adding support for CV32E40Pv2.

Paolo is also well known for his contributions to the Embench benchmark suite
(www.embench.org), reflecting his interest in benchmarking and tool chain
performance.

It is my pleasure to nominate Paolo as a committer on OpenHW Group CORE-V
Cores.
