A committer election for Henrik Fegran on project OpenHW Group CORE-V Cores (openhw.corev) was started by Duncan Bees with this criteria: Hello, I would like to nominate Henrik Fegran as a CORE-V Cores Committer. Henrik Fegran added support for the BitManip ISA to the CORE-V extension of riscv-dv (cleverly named "corev-dv") and Steve Richmond suggested that Google might want to take it on.
