[corev-dev] Committer Election for Henrik Fegran on OpenHW Group CORE-V Cores has started

A committer election for Henrik Fegran on project OpenHW Group CORE-V Cores
(openhw.corev) was started by Duncan Bees with this criteria:

Hello, I would like to nominate Henrik Fegran as a CORE-V Cores Committer.
He has been a heavy contributor to the verification work of OPenHW for the
better part of a year.

core-v-verif PR and issues
https://github.com/openhwgroup/core-v-verif/pulls?q=is%3Apr++author%3Asilabs-hfegran
https://github.com/openhwgroup/core-v-verif/issues?q=author%3Asilabs-hfegran+

cv32E40x PR and issues:
https://github.com/openhwgroup/cv32e40x/issues?q=author%3Asilabs-hfegran+
https://github.com/openhwgroup/cv32e40x/pulls?q=author%3Asilabs-hfegran+

all, just FYI, OpenHW has made a direct contribution to the Google riscv-dv
project. Henrik Fegran added support for the BitManip ISA to the CORE-V
extension of riscv-dv (cleverly named "corev-dv") and Steve Richmond
suggested that Google might want to take it on. So Henrik submitted a
pull-request and after some discussion (mostly with the Ibex team), the PR
was accepted and is now part of riscv-dv.

thank you,
Duncan (with input from Mike)
