[codewind-dev] Committer Election for Keith Chong on Eclipse Codewind has started 
A committer election for Keith Chong on project Eclipse Codewind
(ecd.codewind) was started by Joseph Kim with this criteria:

Keith has been very active and has been the main contributor to
codewind-openapi projects. He will need the committer access to continue to
contribute to the projects without asking other committers to merge codes on
behalf of him. Therefore, I am nominating him as a committer.
