A committer election for Tim Etchells on project Eclipse Codewind (ecd.codewind) was started by Elson Yuen with this criteria: Tim Etchells has been very active on the Codewind project. He is the primary developer for the Codewind VSCode extension. He has produced a large number of high quality PR to the project that covered product code, test, install and documentation. His contribution to the project is not restricted to the VCode extension. He is also working on the build for all other Codewind subcomponents, e.g. OpenAPI tools, File watcher daemon, performance monitoring and installer. We would benefit greatly from him as a contributor to the project.
