[chemclipse-dev] Filter Baseline Subtract

Hi folks,

I stored the baseline subtract filter in the wrong repo. Please delete 
repo from your workspace and re-import it from the following location:

https://github.com/OpenChrom/filterbaselinesubtract.git
or
git@xxxxxxxxxx:OpenChrom/filterbaselinesubtract.git

I've already renamed the plugin to ready for the Eclipse IP review soon. 
If that's done, it will be migrated to our ChemClipse project.
