Trig,
you could start here and inspect the code:
org.eclipse.chemclipse.msd.swt.ui.components.massspectrum.ScanMassSpectrumUIWithLabel
org.eclipse.chemclipse.msd.swt.ui.components.massspectrum.ScanMassSpectrumUI
The axis labels are fixed for mass spectrum views. You could either
create your own view to display nanoseconds or have re-work the
MassSpectrumUI code. When you re-work the mass spectrum ui code,
please be careful. There are some callbacks to inform listeners
which m/z has been selected by the user. This won't work with
time-of-flight nanoseconds. To display chromatograms (MSD, CSD, WSD)
there's an option to set different axis titles. You could the same
with the mass spectrum plots:
org.eclipse.chemclipse.msd.swt.ui.components.AbstractChromatogramMSDLineSeriesUI
org.eclipse.chemclipse.swt.ui.support.AxisTitlesMassScale
org.eclipse.chemclipse.csd.swt.ui.components.AbstractChromatogramCSDLineSeriesUI
org.eclipse.chemclipse.swt.ui.support.AxisTitlesCurrentScale
Best,
Philip
