Hi Trig,

there is no way to disable the sorting as such. But if you select e.g. once the RT column header, the order by RT is retained, even when peaks are deselected. Does that work for your purposes?

the list is sorted in the following order:

Verified Manually
Match Factor
Reverse Match Factor

When you e.g. select the "Verified Manually" checkbox of a row, it is automatically sorted on top of the list.
