Re: [chemclipse-dev] Is there an option to show peak's values at peak's top?

Trig,

have a look at the view "Labeled Peak Chromatogram":
https://spectrometrylab.wordpress.com/2016/08/01/label-chromatogram-peaks-scans

See the view in the repo/package:

org.eclipse.chemclipse.chemclipsecore
org.eclipse.chemclipse.ux.extension.xxd.ui.views.LabeledPeakChromatogramView

I'm not a friend to draw additional information in the chromatogram editor. This could affect the performance and could lead to the following situation:

* Some would like to display the retention time ...
* Some would like to display the identification ...
* Some would like to draw a Tamagotchi on top of the peak ...
...

Hence, please create an own view like the "Labeled Peak Chromatogram" to display the data you want.

Regarding the peak detection: It depends on the selection you made and the detector settings.

Best,
Philip

In current OpenChrom, the peaks in  edit part were labeled with upside-down triangle. Is there an way to show peak's values (retention time) at peaks' top as the Scan(Nominal) View does ?

BTW:
Why the peaks between 13.0~15.0 min weren't not detected automatically? (example data: DemoChromatogram.ocb)

Best regards,

Trig
