[chemclipse-dev] Import 3rdpl and Target Platform

Hi folks,

I've updated the target platform definition and added an openchrom 
3rdpl. Please do the following:

1) pull-projects.sh
2) reload the target platform
3) import "net.openchrom.thirdpartylibraries.jettison" from the Git repo 
"openchrom3rdpl"
