[che-dev] Status of Happy path PR check of Eclipse Che repos

Hello everyone,

Happy path PR check of Eclipse Che repos in CRW Jenkins CI has been disabled till we complete switch of Eclipse Che Next to DevWorkspace.

Related issues:

- https://github.com/eclipse/che/issues/20973: "chectl server:deploy" command failed because of error "open /tmp/keycloak-provision.sh: no such file or directory"

- https://github.com/eclipse/che/issues/20969: "chectl server:deploy" command failed to deploy Che with DevWorkspace enabled to minikube started in 'none' driver mode

- https://github.com/eclipse/che/issues/20838: Adapt PR check Happy path and nightly tests on CRW Jenkins CI to be run against Eclipse Che with DW enabled by default
