An update: while CRW Jenkins CI infrastructure outage has been completed, Happy path tests have started failing on "Java LS initialization" step: https://github.com/eclipse/che/issues/20926 :

* Che QE team is working is investigating the problem
* Problem recognized by the following error messages in CRW Jenkins job console log:
