[che-dev] Status of Happy path PR check of Eclipse Che repos

Hello everyone,

Happy path PR check of Eclipse Che repos doesn't work at the moment because of 2 issues:

1. Happy path tests are stuck because of an ongoing outage on CRW Jenkins side.

2. There is a problem with deployment of Eclipse Che https://github.com/eclipse/che/issues/20073

* Che Deploy team is investigating the issue.

* Problem recognized by the following error messages in Jenkins job console log:
