[che-dev] Remove obsolete repositories

Hi all,

During preparation to Che 7 GA I want to remove obsolete/empty repositories:

https://github.com/eclipse/che-theia-factory-extension
https://github.com/eclipse/che-theia-hosted-plugin-manager-extension
https://github.com/eclipse/che-theia-terminal-extension
https://github.com/eclipse/che-theia-machines-plugin
https://github.com/eclipse/che-theia-oauth-authentication-plugin
https://github.com/eclipse/che-theia-dashboard-extension
https://github.com/eclipse/che-theia-env-variables-plugin
https://github.com/eclipse/che-theia-oauth-authentication-plugin

All of them are deprecated(or even empty), and all code moved to https://github.com/eclipse/che-theia repository

Fill free to share any concerns about it, other wise I will ask eclipse to delete them.
