[che-dev] Unprotected master branches in Che repos

Hello. I've come across the fact that a lot of Che repos under Eclipse foundation has master branches unprotected. This means that any Eclipse member can push anything there by mistake.

It is common to do that by forbidding pushing to the branch directly.

How do you think should we make master branches protected in all the repos?
