Re: [che-dev] Jekyll in Che?

Hi Dave

There's a run.sh script in the root of docs. You can run it and have docs running locally.

Or are you talking about extending jekyll? Some plugin?

Also, please note that jekyll will retire soon, so probably we should not spent a lot of time improving it.

Hi all,

I was trying to make some contributions to docs in Che, but I'm still a
beginner - what is the easiest way to install a build tool or serving
too (in this case, jekyll) to be able to do a local render & syntax
check for the docs.

What is the easiest way for me to do this? Should I create a custom
stack, or install Jekyll manually and create a factory? This is my first
time trying to make a custom tool environment.

Thanks,
Dave.
