[che-dev] Super dev mode for GWT

Hi folks,

As mentioned during the recent Che call we are working on adding
support for Debug Adapters using VS Codes Debug Server Protocol to
Che's IDE.

As part of that I had a question about super-dev mode for GWT. The dev
workflow[1] says to use Google Plugin for Eclipse. However the Google
Plugin for Eclipse is deprecated and scheduled for removal in 3
months[2] and it only works on Eclipse up to Neon.

Does the newer GWT Eclipse Plugin work for Che IDE dev[3]? Does
someone have it working? If so, is it possible to get an update for
the dev workflow[1]?
