Re: [che-dev] Cant Start Wokspace on EC2

Yes I did add --remote:ip and thank you. I will move it to GitHub.

Hi Walter:  It might be better to move this over to github.com/eclipse/che/issues.  You'll get a broader set of people who can help you out.  This channel mostly has engineers who are writing extensions.

But for your specific question - did you add the --remote:ip option when starting che?  You are running it as a server for remote clients so there is additional steps.

Hi,

My name is Walter and I am having a bit of trouble starting the workspace agent on a Linux EC2 virtual machine. I have added a picture to show exactly where the process stops, but shortly after it tells me that the server is starting I get the same message repeated three times which is "Client has aborted connection. Response writing omitted." Does anyone know how to overcome this issue? Also if I back out onto another page it says the workspace is running, but when I open it in the IDE, I get an error saying it cant load project types.

Thanks,

Walter
