Hi Jay,
having taken a short look at the draft [1] my understanding is that the draft
defines some specific values to use in object links and define basic semantics
for them.
Californium generically supports implementation of resources that can optionally
have link object attributes as defined by the resource. To that length,
Californium does support the draft. However, Californium does not know about the
semantics of specific resource types or interface definitions.
