[cf-dev] Remove deprecated API

Hi,

we have deprecated some of Scandium's API months ago. See [1] for a list.

My question to you is: how long do you think we should keep the deprecated methods/classes in Scandium? Personally, I'd like to get rid of them ASAP, e.g. in 1.1.0. What do you think?
