As I heard that TCF is going into the Indigo Repo now, here's a reminder to
please generate source bundles for TCF.

Having source bundles not only aids in debugging, but also helps adopters
integrate TCF into their products. Since by shipping the source with the
product, the EPL requirement of "making source available" is most easily met.
