Build Identifier:
The names that can be seen in the "Install" wizard are inconsitent for various
CDT features. For instance, some of the features start with "Eclipse C/C++",
some of them with "CDT", some of them with "Eclipse CDT" and some of them
doesn't have a prefix at all. I suggest to make them consistent, such that all
names follow a similar scheme.
