I'll take a look.
Our Helios public update site is not ready yet and we usually don't publish it
until end of June. We do have a separate update site for the Helios aggregated
build but that's exactly the same as the milestone builds.
I'm actually in the process of changing the update site address to the Helios
one but didn't get a chance to check in the changes yet. As for the TM update
site, that's from the org.eclipse.tm.tcf feature we included for EDC.
