1. install eclipse-SDK-3.5-win32.zip
2. Add update site http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/releases/galileo

The treeview says 'there are no categorized items'

3. Unselect 'Group items by category'

4. Select an apparently reasonable set of items
5. Select 'Next'
6. Accept License

After downloads, an error box appears, the details are:
