Patch making the change
Attached patch does the trick, and some more cleanup:
* providerName = "Eclipse CDT" in the 3 respective features
* Fixed Copyright Owner = "Wind River and others" in Memory Source feature
* Fixed rogue "###" at end of Memory copyright
* Fixed copyright-to-year 2009 for DSF
* New description of remote Launch:
"Launch configuration for running C/C++ executables on remote machines using
the Remote System Explorer, and debugging through gdbserver."
Stuff that I was not sure about:

* Copyright owner of DSF is currently "QNX and others 2002, 2009", I was not
sure if that is correct or should rather be "Wind River Systems, Inc. and
others"
* sourceTemplatePlugin (branding plugin) for cdt.remote looks odd, especially
the Copyright blurb in about.properties
